REFUNDS
All sales are final and no refund will be issued.
Membership subscription purchases and renewal fees are non-refundable. We do not bill or refund based on account activity. If you cancel your Membership subscription, you will receive a confirmation email and your account will be canceled at the end of your current billing period. Additionally, we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial-month membership periods. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, please make sure to cancel at least 72 hours before your renewal date. All Premium Services cease when your Subscription’s cancellation becomes effective. Upon the effective cancellation of your Subscription, you will no longer have access to Premium Services, but you will continue to have access to your account and portions of the Site and Services that are available to Users who do not have Subscriptions. Canceling your Subscription will not delete your account. You can delete your account by logging into your account and clicking on the “Delete Account” link. Please note that deleting your account is a finite action and cannot be undone. Gift card purchases are non-refundable. Gift cards can be redeemed only at inyourcircle.com. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, check or credit. Please treat gift cards like cash; if the gift card is lost or stolen it will not be replaced. Gift cards are redeemable only for the purchase of the selected term membership to the In Your Circle™ community. Gift cards can be used for purchase of a new membership only. Once redeemed, membership is valid for the specified time period only. Valid for one-time use. Unredeemed gift cards have no expiration date. All members must verify ID. Gift cards are non-transferable.
