What is In Your Circle, and how is it different from everyone else?
In Your Circle™ is a secure, private platform designed to facilitate trusted caregiver referrals within family circles. It offers an easy-to-use interface for recommending, sharing, and finding caregivers, making it simpler for families to connect with reliable caregivers.
Why do we verify our members?
For security and safety – Verification helps to ensure that the individuals joining our community are who they claim to be. This helps maintain the quality of our members by filtering out fake accounts, bots, and spammers, thereby enhancing the overall security and safety of our platform.
Community Integrity and Accountability – Verification helps uphold the integrity of our community by ensuring that members are genuine and committed to our community’s values and objectives. This fosters a cohesive and supportive environment.
Enhanced Communication – Since all our members are verified, they engage in meaningful, authentic, and trustworthy communication.
How do we verify our members?
To ensure the security and authenticity of member verification, we employ a leading identity verification platform.
Verification is done using Email/Phone Verification, Biometric Verification, Document Verification & Age Verification.
Can caregivers join the platform?
No, InYourCircle.com is exclusively for family-to-family referrals. Caregivers cannot join the platform directly to either promote or search for a job for themselves. However, if you’re a caregiver looking for a job, please fill out this form and we’ll send an email/SMS to your employer or former employer, inviting them to join the platform.
Can agencies join the platform?
No, InYourCircle.com is exclusively for family-to-family referrals. Agencies cannot join the platform. If you are an agency or work for an agency, and join as an individual under false pretenses, your IP address will be removed from the platform and no refund will be given.
Is there a cost to join InYourCircle.com?
Yes. We offer 3 different membership plans:
- One-Month Membership
- Three-Month Membership
- Annual Membership
All membership plans will renew automatically at the end of each term, however, you can cancel your membership at any time before the renewal date.
Can I get a refund for my membership?
Membership subscription purchases and renewal fees are non-refundabljiie. We do not bill or refund based on account activity. If you cancel your Membership subscription, you will receive a confirmation email and your account will be canceled at the end of your current billing period.
Additionally, we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial-month membership periods. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, please make sure to cancel at least 72 hours before your renewal date.
What types of caregivers can I find on InYourCircle.com?
In Your Circle supports multiple caregiver types including:
- Nannies
- Baby Nurses
- Sitters
- Housekeepers/Cleaners

- Personal Assistants (coming soon)

How do you ensure that caregivers and agencies do not join the platform?
We use a third -party verification platform to verify the identity of our members. We have established clear policies that outline who can join the platform and we enforce these policies strictly. We clearly state in our policy that caregivers and agencies are not allowed to join directly to either promote or search for a job for themselves or for their agency, and we ensure there are consequences for those who try to bypass the rules. In addition, we have a strong reporting mechanism built into our platform, by which, our members can report suspicious profiles or posts to us.
Can I refer a friend’s caregiver or my caregiver’s friend?
No, the caregiver being referred must have worked directly for your family.
I am posting/referring a caregiver, do I have to pay?
Yes, In Your Circle is an exclusive community tailored specifically for families, prioritizing safety and quality in both referrals and family searches. To uphold these standards, a membership fee is required.

Can I use InYourCircle.com on my mobile device?
Yes, InYourCircle.com is accessible via both web and mobile, ensuring you can stay connected and manage referrals conveniently from anywhere.
How do I reset my password?
If you are logged in to your account, you can change your password at any time from your Account Settings.
If you have forgotten your password, you can gain access to your account by submitting a password reset request from the login page. You can also submit your password reset request here and enter the email address for your InYourCircle.com account so we can send you an email with instructions on how to reset your password.

I am having trouble logging in to my account
If you are having trouble logging in to your account, follow these steps:
Make sure you are using the correct email address associated with your InYourCircle.com account.
Request a password reset.
Contact Customer Support for assistance if you are still unable to sign in
How do I cancel my Membership?
To manage your membership and cancel the automatic renewal of your subscription, follow the steps below
- Log in to your InYourCircle.com account and go to Membership Settings.
- Under Membership Settings, choose Membership Account..
- Click on Cancel, and Confirm Cancellation.
How do I view the payments I’ve made to InYourCircle.com?
You can view the billing history on your account by visiting the Membership Settings page on your account. Click on Membership Account and on the right hand side, under Past Invoices, you will see all your invoices.
How do I delete my Account?
You can delete your account at any time by visiting the Account Settings page where you will find a link to delete your account. Please note that deleting your account is a finite action and cannot be undone.
How do I update my personal account information?
Your account information is your personal information: your legal name, zip code, email, phone number, etc. You are required to keep this information up-to- date. If you need to edit or update this information for any reason, you can do so by visiting your Account Settings page. Please note that changes to your personal information may take up to 24 hours to be approved. If you need further help updating this information, please Contact Customer Support.
Do other members see my personal information?
You can choose what personal information can be viewed by other members. To do so, go to the Profile Visibility section under Profile Settings. You can also click on the View Profile icon, and then click on Public View to see how your profile appears to other members.
Please also know that any personal information you share in your postings on the site will be visible to other members. Also, any personal information you include in your communications with other members will be visible to them. We encourage you to use discretion in sharing personal information with others.
How do I report a safety concern to InYourCircle.com?
To report a member or a concern to the InYourCircle.com safety team for review, you can email [email protected] and provide the specific details of your concern or you can report your concerns directly through the website. In every message, job post, or profile, you will see a ‘Report’ link on the right. Please note that reporting a member is a private communication between you and the InYourCircle.com safety team. This message is kept confidential at all times unless disclosure is otherwise required by law.
