The Journey to In Your Circle™

Every great idea starts somewhere. For me (Liza), it began with a small but mighty Facebook group called “Have a Nanny, Need a Nanny”.

I started that group to solve a simple problem—helping parents like me connect with trustworthy caregivers through personal referrals. It quickly became a lifeline for families and caregivers in need. But as the community grew, I realized we could do even more.

I saw families struggling to find care they could trust. I saw caregivers searching for work where they felt valued. And I thought, “What if we could make it easier? What if we could build something that truly changes lives?”
